  • Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment starts, if possible.

  • We are a private appointment-only based wellness center. To respect our member's privacy, we cannot accommodate children or individuals without an appointment. 

  • Please vacate the room when your scheduled time ends to ensure the next member's scheduled appointment is not delayed due to additional time spent in the rooms.

  • Please bring essential items inside the center. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

 

REFUND POLICY

All treatments are non-refundable and are subject to our cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the high demand for appointments, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the link in your email confirmation or call us ASAP at 937-623-2377.


All deposits are non-refundable, and all sales are final. All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance online for the deposit or service to be transferred to a new date. No Call No Show will result in the full-service fee being charged. The same-day cancellation will result in a non-transferable deposit, and 100% of scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file cannot be charged, 100% will be due at the next scheduled appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance online. If the option is unavailable online, you are inside the 24 hours reschedule window, and the same-day cancellation policy will be enforced.

 

Any 3rd party promotion cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your appointment time will be automatically billed $25 and lost. Please cancel or change your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time. This policy applies to same-day appointments as well.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

  • Do not eat at least 1 hour before and after your session.

  • Do not consume alcohol before or directly after your session.

  • Do not apply any oils or lotions to your skin before your appointment.

  • We are a private appointment-only based wellness center. To respect our member's privacy, we cannot accommodate children or individuals without an appointment. 

WHAT DO I WEAR?

You can wear a bathing suit or undergarments for the fat reduction and sauna services. We provide each member with two towels. We also recommend you bring comfortable, loose clothes to put on after your sauna session.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS:

If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with your doctor before use:

  • Skin diseases or burns

  • Abnormal blood pressure

  • Require a heart defibrillator or use other implantable devices

  • Splanchnic diseases

  • Implants include metal, silicone, breast implants, etc.

  • Heart disease 

  • Broken bones

  • Malignancy

  • Recent surgery

  • Osteoporosis

  • Currently pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding

  • Anhidrosis

  • Cancer
